Dr. Gottfried Thomas, Head of School

Dr. Gottfried Thomas came to Hamburg as a young man and began his career as a teacher of Mathematics, Physics and Information Technology. He gathered a wide range of experience in German-English and German-Spanish bilingual teaching in such locations as Gran Canaria and Buenos Aires. Before joining Phorms Education he was Head of the German School in Bilbao.

Nina Pape, Deputy Head of Primary School

Nina Pape studied for a Teaching Certificate in Music and English in Berlin. She taught at various schools in Berlin and North Rhine-Westphalia, organising a large number of school concerts and musicals. The main focuses of her teaching activities have included individual linguistic support and support diagnostics. Currently, she is on parental leave.

Claudia Eichner-Orb, Head of Nursery

Claudia Eichner-Orb is pedagogue and social manager. For several years, she has acted as a head of nursery, including for the Kinderwelt Hamburg e.V. Her innovative method of language acquisition has been awarded second place at the Hamburger Integrationspreis (Hamburg Award for Integration). Furthermore, she worked as a coach and supervised pedagogic professionals.

Marina Caspari, Business Manager

Marina Caspari holds a diploma degree in Media Science. She has many years of experience in various functions and areas of the media industry, having worked for the Scholz & Friends Group and the G+J AG. Before joining Phorms Hamburg in March 2010, she worked as the leading project manager for cooperation projects of G+J Business Media.

Sylvia Lehnhof , Admissions Counsellor

Sylvia Lehnhof studied International Management in Germany and England and later on worked for various companies in Germany and abroad. Recently she supported the German market launch of a leading British Gap Year Operator. She gained experiences in Spain, the UK,  South America and South Korea and joined the Phorms-Team in December 2011.
